The Nordstrom and Amazon sales are finally here! It’s 7PM on a Monday, I am in my pajamas, drinking white wine on the couch. My puppy is constantly stepping on my computer. Let me just tell you, writing this is hard right now. I really wanted to just stop, shop quietly by myself and play with my pup. I am making a commitment to be more active on my blog. My next post is about furnishing an apartment on a budget and is going to have more of a life update. This one is focusing on the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and Amazon Prime Day.
The Nordstrom and Amazon Sales are now open to the public!
I’ve been playing around with the sale for the last few days. Personally, I’m only buying a few essential items for fall. Because I am able to wear jeans and casual clothes to work, I don’t need to spend money for work attire. I am grabbing a few cardigans and two pairs of shoes, however. This mainly is because I spent a bunch of money this last month on furniture for my new apartment. I don’t need to buy a lot of clothes.

Amazon Prime Day Sale
Let’s talk Amazon Prime Day. Honestly, I forgot it was even today until my Amazon Alexa told me this morning when I asked about the weather. I found some really good deals! I had a super extensive blog post about these written out, but it sounded cheesy, and I just don’t want to be like that anymore.
Here is what I thought was a good buy from Prime Day. A lot of these items I already have. Such as the Instant Pot, which I use probably two times a week (thanks, mom!), an Air Fryer, which is all the rage right now, lol. Some cool gadgets that I love and odds and ends. There is a lot of good deals on Prime Day, most of which I didn’t even bother linking because they are so specific to certain activities. Like cooking, decorating and fashion, and I just didn’t think I should bother. When you feel like you want to browse, spend a lot and shop, you will. If not, cool too.
