When the Dress Doesn’t Fit..
Anyway, I saw this dress at my work and fell in love with the boho style trend it exuding. I was instantly inspired and knew I had to have it. In all honesty, the dress is actually too big on me but I added a belt that I picked up while living in NYC from a flea market. It just adds to the true boho style even more. I added a pair of thick-soled booties and layered a few necklaces for interest and depth.
Boho Style Trend
The whole time I had this dress on I just wanted to twirl around and make the ruffles fly. It flows amazingly when I walk and made me feel like I was back in the modeling days.
Switch it Up
I’m really excited to take this dress to Florida and re-style it on the beach over a bikini! It will look so cool with a sunset in the background due to the see-through nature of the chiffon fabric. Ruffles, the color red, and chiffon are some of my favorite things and this dress embodies them all.
Everything from the color, ruffles, sleeves and boho style of this dress capture my attention. I love the look and feel of bohemian style, and it will hopefully always stay on-trend. Although I bought this dress via consignment, it was New With Tags and is a bit too big on me. Part of me wants to sell it so another girl can feel as great as I do when I wear it. But, part of me also wants to wear it forever. What will I wear tomorrow, next week, next month? No idea, but I’ll keep you updated..
