CBD Oil Giveaway
If you have kept up with my latest writings, you might have read my 5 Steps to a Positive and Calm Morning post. In this post, I discuss a little bit about CBD Oil. I cover what it is, how it can help with daily pains such as anxiety, aches and pains and keeping a calm persona, as well as how I use it. What is CBD?
While I go more in depth on why I love this CBD Oil on my other blog post, linked here, I want to cover some of the basics. I use CBD twice a day every day. A place one dropper full (about 5-6 drops) on my tongue in both the morning and evenings. It helps to promote a calm morning, and better sleep. It does not make you tired or drowsy, or have any caffeine in it. After taking it everyday for about a week, I started to notice a consistent, positive change in mood and feeling more rested in the mornings.
